A tender is being held to identify a server leasing service provider

The Executive Committee of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO RATS) is to carry out a tender to identify a server leasing service provider.
Commercial proposals will be accepted electronically (e-mail address: ecrats@mail.ru) until April 20, 2025.
Services to be provided
1. Description of the Services:
- Lease of computing (server) capacity for hosting the SCO RATS Executive Committee website, organizing workflow and storing documents;
- Providing a dedicated IP-address;
- Provision of SSL certificate (OV standard);
- Ensuring uninterrupted functioning of infrastructure and software;
- Installation of the boxed version of 1C-Bitrix 24 for 50 users;
- Configuring a mail server on the domain https://ecrats.org;
-Storing e-mails at the rented server, in accordance with the requirements for data confidentiality;
- Updating the server environment and regular software updates;
- Providing data backup;
- Ensuring information security of the leased server;
- Providing advice on using the software.

3. Requirements for the data center that hosts the leased server:
- Hosted in the territory of the SCO member states;
- Uninterrupted access to equipment located in the data center via redundant high-speed data transmission channels with a bandwidth of up to 10 Gb;
- Protection against DDOS attacks (up to 200 M/bit);
- Level of accessibility of services - 99.982%,
- Engineering systems (power supply and cooling channels) are reserved according to N+1 scheme (main nodes and power transmission paths are backed up, one path is active).
4. Requirements for fulfilment of SCO RATS Executive Committee (Customer) requests
Application is a formalized way of interaction between the Customer and the Contractor. An application is any request of the Customer for information about the operation and functions of Bitrix24 software, requests for recovery or change of any functionality of the server (software), and other maintenance issues.
In order to determine the order of execution of the Application, it is assigned a priority and the time of execution of the Application:

Situations that require planning of carrying out the work and coordination of deadlines for the fulfilment |
| Low | Up to 2 days | A situation that does not result in a reduction in software functionality or does not require an operational solution. |
5. The term of the lease is 1 year.
