The Executive Committee of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO RATS) announces a competition for the publication of the Proceedings of the 11th International Scientific and Practical Conference of the SCO RATS.

It is planned to publish the proceedings in three languages (Russian, Chinese, and English) with a print run of 100 copies.
