Director of the Executive Committee of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Ularbek Sharsheev visited the Republic of Kazakhstan from 18 to 20 February 2025. In the course of the visit, he held meetings with the heads of the National Security Committee, the Secretariat of the Security Council, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country.

During the conversations, Ularbek Sharsheev informed the other parties about the events planned in the short term underr the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure. The parties exchanged views on global and regional security issues and discussed specific areas of further cooperation.

The meetings were held in an atmosphere of goodwill and constructive dialogue.
