On April 10, 2025, the delegation of the SCO RATS Executive Committee took part in the 11th meeting of the Permanent Expert Group (PEG) of the Anti-Terrorism Center of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Executive Committee of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization. The meeting was held at the headquarters of the CIS ATC (Moscow).

In accordance with the Agenda, during the PEG meeting, the parties discussed a number of important and pressing issues. An exchange of information took place on the challenges and threats to the states of the Central Asian region and joint measures to respond to them. The CSTO Secretariat presented a report on measures implemented in the CSTO format aimed at suppressing the illegal trafficking of firearms, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices as part of the anti-drug operation named "Channel". The CIS ATC shared its experience in formulating information queries to poll the CIS ATC database systems. Within the framework of international cooperation, new initiatives for organizing joint events were discussed. The parties agreed to hold the next (12th) meeting of the PEG at the CSTO Secretariat.

A protocol was signed following the PEG meeting.
