On 8-11 April 2025, Director of the Executive Committee of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Sharsheev U.Z. visited the People's Republic of China, where he held meetings with the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security and the National Immigration Service of the People's Republic of China.

During the conversations, Sharsheev U.Z. informed the partners about the events planned in the near future in the format of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure. The parties exchanged views on issues of global and regional security, discussed a number of areas for further cooperation.

The meetings were held in an atmosphere of goodwill and constructive dialogue.
