Participation of the Executive Committee of the SCO RATS in the 28th Grand National Forum on Information Security “Infoforum-2026”

On January 28–29, 2026, a delegation from the Executive Committee of the SCO RATS took part in the 28th Grand National Forum on Information Security “Infoforum-2026” in Moscow. The event was organized with the support of the Administrative Office of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, the State Duma of the Federal Assembly, the FSB of Russia, the FSTEC of Russia, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of Russia, the Ministry of Defense of Russia, and the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.

The forum was attended by more than 2,000 representatives of government agencies, the scientific community, leading IT companies, and international organizations.

Kishan Singh, Deputy Director of the Executive Committee of the SCO RATS, delivered a report entitled “International Security: Central Issues and Solutions,” outlining steps to deepen cooperation among the Member States within the SCO space on issues of international information security.
