A working meeting between the Executive Committee of SCO RATS and SKPV Coordination Service took place

On April 12, 2023, a working meeting with the representatives of the Executive Committee of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO RATS) was held at the venue of the Coordination service of Council of commanders of Border troops of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States (SKPV Coordination Service), under the implementation of the Protocol of Intent between the SCO RATS and the Council of Commanders of the Border Troops of the CIS Member States dated October 20, 2008.

The Parties exchanged experience in organizing major events in the area of border cooperation between the border agencies of the SCO member states and the CIS member states.

They also discussed areas for further cooperation on the implementation of the Protocol of Intentions.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached on holding more joint events, exchange of information materials and strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation between the Executive Committee of the RATS SCO and the SKPV Coordination Service.

The meeting was held in a businesslike and constructive atmosphere.
