To the emergency situation in Kazakhstan

It is with deep sorrow that the staff of the Executive Committee of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization took the news of the death of people as a result of large-scale forest fires in the Abay region of Kazakhstan.  We express condolences to the families of the victims.
