Explosion in northwest Pakistan kills five people

At least five people were killed in a blast in northwestern Pakistan. According to Report citing TASS, the Pakistani police reported this.

According to the statement, an improvised explosive device was planted in a residential building in Tangi Badinzai district in South Waziristan (northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province bordering Afghanistan).

According to the latest information, at least five people were killed and two were injured as a result of the explosion. Among the dead were two women and children.

An investigation is underway at the scene of the incident.
