AT LEAST SEVEN PEOPLE INJURED IN A TERRORISTS ATTACK IN NORTH INDIA

At least seven people were injured by a grenade explosion on Wednesday evening in the city of Srinagar, the capital of the Indian Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. According to Armenpress, this was reported by The Times of India.

 

According to them, five police officers, one serviceman and one civilian were injured, and all of them were hospitalized.

 

The extremists carried out the terrorist attack shortly after security forces arrested four armed members of the Lashkar-e-taiba terrorist group in Srinagar.

 

At least 439 terrorists have been eliminated in Jammu and Kashmir since August 2019, and 109 members of the security forces have been killed, Indian Minister of Home Affairs Nityanand Rai said during his address in the Lower House of Parliament earlier.
