Suicide bombers attacked a security checkpoint in Gulistan (Qila Abdullah, Balochistan) using a car bomb on the night of January 28.

First, a car packed with explosives rammed the outer wall of the checkpoint, and then four militants, including another suicide bomber with a suicide belt, attacked the servicement. All the attackers were eliminated in the shootout, and two servicemen were killed.

No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
