Death toll from blast at Pakistani police station rises to 16

The death toll from an explosion at a police station in the city of Kabal in Swat district in the northern Pakistan has risen to 16, and 60 others were injured, Radio Pakistan reported.

The Geo TV channel, referring to police information, said on April 24 that the blast in the police station in the city of Kabal was most likely a suicide bombing. The TV channel, citing the head of the district police Shafi Ullah Gandapur indicated that there were two explosions which destroyed the building.
