Four terrorists involved in attack on Chinese citizens detained in Pakistan

Four terrorists involved in an attack on Chinese citizens in March of this year in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province were detained in Pakistan. This was announced by the provincial counter-terrorism department.

As noted in the department's statement, the terrorists belonged to the proscribed organization Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan and were identified as Adil Shehbaz, Muhammad Shafiq Qureshi, Zahid Qureshi and Nazir Hussain.

The report states that all four are from Mansehra district, located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, and “terrorist Adil Shehbaz admitted that he played a key role in carrying out the attack.”
