The Russian Aerospace Forces eliminate at least six militants in Syria

The Russian Aerospace Forces carried out two airstrikes on militant bases in Syria, eliminating at least six militants. This was announced by the deputy head of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of Warring Parties in Syria Major General Yuri Popov.

“Strikes by the Russian Aerospace Forces hit two bases of militants who had left the al-Tanf zone and were hiding in hard-to-reach areas of the Al-Amur mountain range in Homs province. As a result of the strikes, at least six militants were killed, and a warehouse of ammunition and materiel was destroyed,” he said.
