The Foreign Ministry explained when the Taliban will be removed from the list of terrorists in Russia
The Taliban movement (banned in the Russian Federation) will cease to be considered terrorist in Russia when President Vladimir Putin makes a relevant decision. This was stated by the special representative of the Russian President for Afghanistan, Director of the Second Asian Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Zamir Kabulov. He is quoted by TASS.
Kabulov did not specify a time frame when the Taliban (banned in the Russian Federation) could be removed from the list of prohibited terrorist organizations. According to the diplomat, “everything has been said for now.” “When the president makes a decision, then we shall talk,” Kabulov said.
