ISKP targets Europe and sporting events as part of new propaganda campaign

Following a successful attack on a Moscow concert hall that killed at least 140 people and injured another 150, the Islamic State's media is naming upcoming European events as its next propaganda target.

With a number of major international events planned, various European cities and locations have been named where the organization is asking its supporters to carry out lone wolf attacks. Moreover, these members provide advice on tactics and target selection, as well as list weapon options.
