In Kursk, a 20-year-old woman is accused of calls for terrorism

A woman from Kursk, Russia, is accused of publicly calling for terrorist activities and justifying terrorism via the Internet. She is also suspected of calls for extremist activities and involvement in the activities of the Islamic State (organization banned in Russia).

According to the investigation, the young woman swore allegiance to this organization, was spreding its narratives and expressed her readiness to commit crimes motivated by religious hatred.

The period of her detention has been extended until August 16, the Kursk Region United Press Service of the Judicial System reported.
