The police press service and the General Security Service (Shin Bet) issued a joint statement about the arrest of members of a  terrorist cell that was planning a “major terrorist attack” against Israel.

According to this report, four terrorists supporting the Islamic State were arrested; two of them were planning an attack on security personnel at Jerusalem's Teddy Stadium.

During interrogation, they admitted that they planned to use explosive devices and shoot the Israelis.

Upon completion of the investigation, preliminary charges were filed against four suspects and indictments are expected soon.
