The US military have eliminated Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Makki, a senior leader of the Islamist terrorist group Hurras al-Din, in Syria.

This was reported by the US Central Command (CENTCOM).

The head of the Salafi jihadist organization was killed in a targeted kinetic strike in Syria. It took place on Saturday, August 24.

It is noted that Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Makki was a member of the Hurras al-Din Shura Council and a senior leader responsible for overseeing terrorist operations in Syria.
