The Russian Aerospace Forces have struck four militant bases in Syria.   Deputy Head of the Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in the SAR Captain First Rank Oleg Ignasyuk announced that at a briefing on October 14.

“The Russian Aerospace Forces struck four bases of militants who had left the At-Tanf zone and were hiding in hard-to-reach areas of the Deir ez-Zor governorate,” he said.

Ignasyuk added that in the Idlib de-escalation zone, as a result of mortar shelling by militants from the Ruaiha district on Syrian army positions in the area of the Al-Jradah settlement, one serviceman of the Syrian Arab Republic Armed Forces was injured. In Aleppo, one Syrian serviceman was killed after a mortar attack by terrorists from the Kitian region on government forces positions near the village of Miznaz.
