Two soldiers injured by terrorist fire in Syria

Two Syrian servicemen were wounded by the machine-gun fire from terrorists; eight attacks on positions of Syrian government forces were recorded in the Idlib de-escalation zone in 24 hours. This was reported by the Deputy Head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides (CROS) in the Syrian Arab Republic Captain 1st Rank Oleg Ignasyuk.

"As a result of machine-gun fire from terrorists from the area of the settlement of Kbana on positions of Syrian government forces in the area of the settlement of Ikko in Idlib province, two Syrian servicemen were wounded," Ignasyuk said.

According to him, over the past 24 hours, eight attacks on positions of Syrian government troops by the terrorist groups Jabhat al-Nusra and the Islamic Party of Turkestan were recorded in the Idlib de-escalation zone: six attacks in Idlib province and two attacks in Latakia province.
