A local resident of Kazan was detained for posting a video promoting terrorism on social media.

As the press service of the FSB Directorate for the Republic of Tatarstan reported to Tatar-inform, the man posted a video with calls for participation in terrorist activity on his page in a banned social media.

A criminal case was opened against the detainee under the article “Public calls for terrorist activity, public justification of terrorism or propaganda of terrorism.”
