Pakistani Air Force aircraft have hit suspected terrorist hideouts in Afghanistan, including targets in the border province of Paktika, according to the Indian newspaper Hindustan Times.

According to the media, the targets of the strikes were suspected hideouts of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, a radical organization banned in Pakistan, as well as a training center for its militants.

Earlier, the Associated Press reported on an attack on a convoy of cars in northwestern Pakistan, which killed 38 people.
