Five explosions were recorded across Sweden on January 28, so it was decided to hold a meeting of the council to combat organized crime, European Pravda reports, citing SVT.

Four of the five explosions recorded on Tuesday occurred in the southern districts of Stockholm.

No one was injured in the incidents, but several buildings were damaged. Law enforcement officers also detained two minors near the site of one of the explosions.

"Criminal groups are showing complete indifference to the public. This is domestic terrorism, which we must combat through the all-society approach," Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson told SVT.

In recent months, Sweden has seen a surge in violence related to organized crime groups. Police say foreign countries are using social media to recruit Swedish gangs and even children for violent attacks.
