A resident of Russian city of Izhevsk is accused of aiding an extremist and terrorist organization. This was reported by the judicial community of Udmurtia.

According to the investigation, the 43-year-old native of Tajikistan, who is on the international wanted list, transferred money to his like-minded person from Uzbekistan in the period from May to September 2023. It is noted that the latter is wanted for publicly justifying extremism, involving people in banned organizations and committing extremist crimes.

The court took the man to custody for 40 days pending extradition.
