FSB detains Penza resident for assisting terrorism

A resident of Penza, born in 1983, suspected of assisting terrorist activity, was detained by officers of the regional FSB department.

According to the press service of the security agency, the man made several money transfers to members of a terrorist organization banned in Russia.

A criminal case has been opened against him and is being investigated. Investigators are carrying out measures that will allow them to document additional facts of the suspect's illegal activity.
