Pakistan Army personnel have eliminating 12 militants while clearing a terrorist hideout in the Hassan Khel area of North Waziristan Agency (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, KP), the Inter-Services Press Service (ISPR) of Pakistan Army reported.

"During an intense exchange of fire, Corporal Muhammad Ibrahim, fighting bravely, made the ultimate sacrifice and accepted martyrdom," the press service said in a statement.

It is reported that the security forces successfully seized weapons and ammunition. The eliminated terrorists were involved in numerous actions, including killing civilians and attacks on security forces.

Let us recall that on February 1, ISPR reported that two operations were carried out in the neighboring province of Balochistan in the Harnai district and the city of Kalat, during which 23 militants were eliminated. The army lost 18 troops who were killed.
