One person was killed and another one was injured in a shooting incident outside the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA), Ariana News reported today, February 3.

According to the organization's statement, the incident involved security guards from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA, the Taliban's self-designation for the country*).

Kabul police have not yet commented on the situation.
