A citizen of one of the Central Asian countries was staying in the Orenburg region. He was publishing statements in favor of extremism and terrorism in a popular messenger.

The crime was uncovered by employees of the regional UFSB. The operatives established that this foreigner with temporary registration in the territory of the Russian Federation adhered to principles of the ideology of terrorism. In his Telegram group, he posted texts with statements justifying terrorist and extremist activities.

A criminal case was opened and investigated on the fact of public calls for terrorism and extremism. The court found the foreigner guilty and sentenced him to 5 years in prison.
