A regular meeting of the Anti-Terrorism Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held under the leadership of the Chairman of the National Security Committee Ermek Sagimbayev on March 13, 2025 in Astana.

The heads of special services, law enforcement and government agencies, as well as akims (mayors and governors) of regions, cities of national significance and the capital took part in the work of the ATC.

They discussed issues related to implementing the Comprehensive Plan for the Development of the State System for Combating Extremism and Terrorism, including measures taken to deradicalize and rehabilitate convicted persons.

A number of protocol-level decisions were made as a result of the meeting.
