“In August 2024, three minor residents of the Republic of Ingushetia, who had joined a foreign terrorist organization banned in the territory of the Russian Federation, planned to commit a terrorist act — an armed attack on a church in the city of Sunzha. The criminal act of the accused persons was prevented by employees of the FSB Directorate for the Republic of Ingushetia; a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen for the defendants at the request of the investigative authorities,” the message says.
