On 19 March, the Alameda District Court in Kyrgyzstan banned the "World All-Union Church of Faithful and Free Seventh-day Adventists of the Reformation Movement” organisation. This was reported by 24.KG with reference to the press centre of the State Committee for National Security.

According to the agency, this organisation broke away from the officially registered Seventh-day Adventists and operated in the country without registration and permits.

This added to the list of organisations banned in the Kyrgyz Republic. According to the General Prosecutor's Office, there were 21 organisations on the list before.
