On Tuesday, the Dutch prosecutor's office reported detention of 14 people, including minors, in different parts of the country for incitement to terrorism in the social network TikTok.

According to Report, this was reported by RIA Novosti, citing a statement from the Dutch prosecutor's office.

“In the course of the terrorism investigation on Tuesday, 22 April 14 arrests were made. The suspects, some of whom are minors, were detained at various locations in the Netherlands. Among other things, they tried to incite others on TikTok to commit terrorist offences,” the statement said.

The suspects' ages range from 14 to 30 years old, it was noted. Due to the underage age of some of the detainees and the ongoing investigation, additional information is not disclosed at this time, the agency added.
