Minister of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan Major General Aziz Tashpulatov and Advisor to the President of the French Republic and National Coordinator for Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism Pascal Mayos held a working meeting on April 7.

During the event, the sides discussed relevant areas of practical cooperation, including measures to counter terrorism and extremism, transnational organised crime, human trafficking and cybercrime, as well as exchange of experience and prospects for the development of bilateral relations.

As a result of the meeting, which took place in a friendly and constructive atmosphere, key steps were identified for further strengthening of cooperation between the law enforcement agencies of the two countries.
