Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Ground Forces General Mohammad Pakpour reported that 150 terrorists had been detained and 100 of them eliminated since November last year during security operations in Sistan and Baluchistan provinces, according to ru.irna.ir (ИА IRNA).

The general mentioned that the special operations were carried out after terrorist attacks in the Gohar Kuh area. According to him, those detained confessed that they were under the leadership of a resident of Rasht who had fled the country and made contact with Iran's enemies.
