Inside, law enforcement officers found documents belonging to a Syrian migrant named Mahmoud Mhemed, a knife, a cane with a blade, and a bottle containing a flammable mixture. A few days later, the perpetrator was apprehended. During questioning, Mhemed confessed to being a supporter of ISIS.
