Four Pakistani soldiers were killed while repelling a terrorist attack on the border with Afghanistan, the army press service reported.

According to reports, a group of terrorists attempted to attack a security checkpoint in the Shawal district of North Waziristan (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province).

The statement said that six terrorists from the Fitna al-Havari group, as the radical organization Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan is known in Pakistan, were eliminated.
