Gangsters who planned to attack were eliminated in the Stavropol Territory

In the Stavropol Territory, the gangsters who planned to commit a terrorist attack were eliminated, the press service of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee reports.

“On February 8, information was received about armed gangsters hiding on the Petrovsky farm of the Soviet urban district. They intended to commit a terrorist attack at one of the railway stations,” RIA Novosti reports.

It was decided to conduct a counter-terrorist operation.

During the operation, the gangsters were asked to lay down their arms. In response they opened fire and were eliminated.
