Riots broke out among the detained Daesh terrorists In Alaya prison in the city of Qamishli, controlled by Kurdish troops. A high alert regime has been introduced around the prison.

Local sources told the SANA correspondent that there were people shouting “Allahu Akbar” and then the sounds of shots were heard inside the prison. Its gates were blocked. The riot began after a US delegation visited the prison administration.

According to the sources, a high alert was also announced in the Guweiran quarter of the city of Hasakah, where the central prison with thousands of Daesh terrorists is situated.
