Children’s ombudswoman says agreement reached with Kurds to return 200 Russian kids home

Commissioner for Children's Rights under the President of Russia Maria Lvova-Belova spoke about an agreement with the Kurdish side on the return of 200 more Russian children from Syria.

Earlier, 56 Russian children were brought to Moscow from Syrian refugee camps.
