Taliban announced the elimination of the IS terrorist responsible for the explosion in the mosque in Kabul

The security forces of the radical Taliban movement eliminated a key member of the Islamic state terrorist group Assad Laghmani who orchestrated an explosion in a mosque under the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kabul. This was reported by the Ariana News TV channel, citing information fr om the Taliban's main intelligence department.

According to the news agency, the security forces seized 3,000 Kalashnikov assault rifles, explosives, and hand grenades during a special operation in the hideout wh ere Laghmani was hiding.

In early October 2022, four people were killed and 25 were injured as a result of a terrorist attack in a mosque in the Afghan capital, belonging to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the interim government formed by the Taliban.
