The district military court sentenced a foreign resident of Novosibirsk to nine years in a strict regime colony for financing terrorism.

According to the FSB department for the Novosibirsk region, the person repeatedly transferred money abroad to members of the Hayat Tahrir ash-Sham foreign terrorist organization banned in Russia. In two years, he transferred more than 200 thousand rubles.
