Two foreigners convicted of terrorism in Novosibirsk,

A court in Novosibirsk sentenced two foreigners to 13 and 14 years of imprisonment for promoting and financing terrorism. Press service of the regional FSB department reported this to TASS.

A member of the Katiba Tawhid val-Jihad (foreign terrorist organization banned in Russia) Zhobirkhon Adkhamov was secretly recruiting residents of the Novosibirsk Region to join the organization and was financing terrorist activities.

Shokhirkhon Khozhikhonov, who was a member of the Islamic State (foreign terrorist organization banned in Russia), created an Internet resource for dissemination of terrorist narratives in order to recruit residents of the Novosibirsk region.
