A local resident suspected of calling for terrorism detained in Chelyabinsk region

Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Chelyabinsk region opened a criminal case against a local resident for public urges to commit terrorist attacks. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the agency.

According to investigators, the suspect posted statements on the Internet inciting his readers to commit terrorist attacks.

The suspect is currently in custody. The measure of restraint and charges are being decided upon.   Evidence is being collected and documented.
