Xi Jinping urges to resist hegemonism and power politics

Chinese President Xi Jinping, speaking via video conference call at the opening of the summit of the Council of Heads of State of the SCO, called for resisting hegemonism and power politics.

“We must uphold the common values of the mankind, firmly defend the monocentric international system and the world order based on international law, resist hegemonism and power politics, and promote the development of global governance in a more just, international way,” he said.
