Eight soldiers killed in terrorist attack in eastern Syria

Islamic State militants carried out an armed offensive in the east of the Syrian governorate of Hama. “Armenpress” reported this with reference to TASS.

It is reported that the terrorists attacked an army truck in the area of the Tuweinan gas well, which is located near the city of Salamiyah (213 km from Damascus). It was stated that, according to the Kurdish news agency Firat News Agency, eight servicemen were killed in the attack. The number of victims who were taken to the hospital is being established.
