Russian aircraft strike command posts of Syrian terrorists

The Russian Aerospace Forces attacked the command posts of the Jabhat al-Nusra group. Deputy Head of the Center for the Reconciliation of Warring Parties in Syria Rear Admiral Vadim Kulit stated this.

“On August 28, the Russian Aerospace Forces attacked the facilities of the Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization and hit a stronghold of illegal armed groups and two control posts of illegal armed groups involved in organizing and carrying out attacks on the positions of Syrian government forces and civilian infrastructure,” the statement said.

The rear admiral mentioned that Russia calls on the commanders of illegal armed groups to refrain from provocations and choose peaceful settlement of the situation.
