US military announced capturing an IS member in Syria

The US military captured an IS member in Syria. He was involved in operational activities and support. This was reported by the Central Command (CENTCOM) of the US Armed Forces.

“U.S. Central Command forces successfully conducted a helicopter raid in northern Syria on September 23, 2023,” CENTCOM said in a statement. It is noted that Abu Khalil al-Fadani was captured during this operation.
