Leadership of the CSTO, SCO and CIS discuss terrorism countering in Beijing

The CSTO and SCO Secretaries General Imangali Tasmagambetov and Zhang Ming, jointly with the CIS Deputy Secretary General Ilkhom Ne'matov, discussed cooperation in the field of countering terrorism and cross-border crime during the meeting in Beijing, as reported by the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly Telegram channel.

“During the meeting, special attention was paid to practical interaction in the field of countering terrorism and extremism, drug trafficking, cross-border crime, as well as the development of more active interaction between the information and forecasting structures of the three organizations,” the statement said.

It is noted that the heads of delegations confirmed their intention to keep maintaining and deepening partnerships.
