Syrian soldier killed by militants in Idlib governorate

A Syrian serviceman killed by the militants’ fire in Idlib governorate, said deputy head of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of Warring Parties in Syria Rear Admiral Vadim Kulit.

“In the area of the village of Mellaja, Idlib governorate, one Syrian soldier was killed as a result of sniper fire by illegal armed groups targeting the positions of Syrian government forces,” RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.

In addition, three Syrian servicemen were injured when a drone dropped a grenade in the village of Fatira.
